Erotica Film Fest is open to US and foreign films in eight
categories:

Eroticore
--
The pinnacle of erotic creativity, paired
with steamy sex. Movies satisfying Eroticore
requirements will be hot as a two-dollar
pistol, while also impressing the audience
with their unexpected position on sexuality
-- be that perspective funny, dramatic,
eerie, scary or action-packed. Eroticore
movies defy description as much as they
provoke conversation.

Mini-features
--
This is an erotic movie short that encompass
every minute of a full-length feature, with
a fraction of the screen time. Although
great stories may power these movies, narrative
can be jettisoned in favor of visual velocity
and creative ferocity. These movies should
make the audience give up blinking and celibacy
for Lent.

Retro
--
Bring back fluffers, sideburns, untamed
pubic hair and tube socks in your best rendition
of yesteryear's porn. We want a glimpse
of your best take on Dad's secret movie
stash. It must be shag-a-delic, baby!

Music
Videos --
Have a favorite song, or dream of your moment
on American Idol or Rock Star Supernova?
Then gather together your hottest associates
and shoot an overindulgent and perfectly
decadent music video. The more T & A,
the more play. (The same general requirements
as seen in the Eroticore category apply
here.) All music MUST be original or have
license for use.

Comedy
Short --
Time to get corny! A guaranteed crowd pleaser,
this is the chance for hysterical and outrageous
to reach their sexual peak pairing equal
parts raw sexuality, desire and good ol’
fashion sex.

Guidelines
and Deadlines
-
All film entries must be submitted on MiniDV, ½"
VHS-NTSC videocassette or DVD (you must make sure
the DVD plays on all DVD players) to be considered
for selection and received no later than the final
deadline of August 15, 2007. NO PAL submissions, please.

Any films in a language other than English must be
subtitled in English. Short subjects carry the same
requirement for English subtitling, unless dialogue
or commentary is unnecessary for comprehension and
appreciation.

No cuts or changes in any film will be made by the
festival management for any reason.

Excerpts from films will only be shown only for promotional
purposes if permission is obtained from the producer.
Erotica Film Fest will not sell any compilation of
films / shorts submitted.

All entries must include press information with a
synopsis (make sure a blurb is written on the submission
form), cast/crew list and one production still that
represents your film. If you run out of room on the
submission form please staple (top left corner) a
blank page. Print clearly! We will only go off of
the submission form for your information. All photos
provided must be clearly identified on the back. Photos
will not be returned & may be used for festival
promotions.

The Los Angeles Erotica Film Fest is open to the public
but you must be 21 years of age or older to enter.

Official or professional national organizations and
individuals may submit feature and short films to
the festival. Films submitted for preselection should
arrive no later than August 15 th, 2007, and must
be shipped as per instructions on the submit page
of this site. There is no entry fee, but all shipping
fees must be paid by the sender. Please note: it is
not possible for us to return any films.

Submission of a film represents agreement with the
regulations set forth here.

It is the policy of Erotica Film Fest not to offer
comments or reasons for films not selected for the
program.
